kelly and Annies International agreement

Kelly and Annie from the Land of the Blondes and Lucatamia agree that every Monday all the citizens must eat steak for dinner. They must sit down as a family or go to a restaurante and have steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. This shall be followed every Monday unless otherwised notified. We the leaders of these nations promise that we will enforce this law. We officially have made an international agreement to have our citizens eat steak with mashed potatoes and green beans every Monday.
